Business/Systems Analysis

• Business Analysis:

  Provide a detailed Business Analysis which includes Requirements Gathering and Stakeholder interviewing, requirements modeling and artifacts development to facilitate understanding, design approach and communication. Develop use cases or epics and user stories, write functional specifications for Waterfall methodology and establishing preliminary Backlog for Scrum methodologies. Provide further development monitoring and communications between Business and Engineering steakeholders, quality assurance monitoring by stressing the importance of user tests.
  

• Systems Analysis:

  Analyse the capabilities of the current system and the user workflows within the system, provide a gap analysis between steakholder needs and the current state of the system. Lead a team effort of closing gaps by designing new workflows, specifications and establishing new or using existing business rules, writing epics and user stories that will then be prioritiesed into development Sprints.

• UX / UI analysis:

  Research existing user processes and help analyze existing user interfaces to provide feedback on usability of such interfaces and propose recommendations for continuous improvements. Help with implementing new usability enhancements or complete redesign by providing expertese in the areas of graphics/web design, wireframes development, mockups and finally starndards-compliant code, accessibility, and search engines optimization.

• Project Management:

  Provide expertise in the area of Project Management having experience with both PMBOK guidelines (being PMP certified Project Manager) and Agile methodologies.
