Business/Systems Analysis

Provide a detailed Business/Systems Analysis which includes Requirements Gathering and Stakeholder interviewing, requirements modeling and artifacts development, use cases or user stories development, writing functional specifications for Waterfall methodology and establishing preliminary Backlog with user stories and epics for Scrum methodologies, further development monitoring and communications between Business and Engineering stakeholders, quality assurance monitoring by stressing the importance of user tests.

UX / UI Analysis

Research existing user processes and help analyze existing user interfaces to provide feedback on usability of such interfaces and propose reommendations for continuous improvements. Help with implementing new usability enhancements or complete redesign by providing expertese in the areas of graphics/web design, wireframes development, mockups and finally starndards-compliant code, accessibility, and search engines optimization.

UX /UI Design

Provide expertise and education in the area of Graphical User Interfaces Design and Development, Usability and Accessibility analysis and implementation.

Standards-Compliant Front-End Development and Accessibility

Provide knowledge and experience in the area of standards-compliant Front-end development, including CSS, HTML, HTML5, JS, JQuery, ActionScript3.0 (Adobe Creative Suite, including Dreamweaer, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Fireworks).

Project Management

Provide expertise in the area of Project Management having experience with both PMBOK guidelines (being PMP certified Project Manager) and including Agile methodologies.

Content Management

Provide expertese and knowledge of Content Management concepts and strategies, including assets and document management needs, web-based development of web-sites and applications, authoring of on-line content. This includes hands-on knowledge of several Content Management systems, including Oracle Universal Content Management (Stellent), RedDot, open-source systems and home-grown systems emphasizing assets management as well as authoring environments.
